Large Black and Blue Gradient Indented Vessle - 16" x 12" x 6"

This unique vessel is made from a iron red earthenware clay. The stoneware vessel was thrown on the potters wheel, altered to its existing shape, bisque fired, then sprayed with a black stain, blended into a dark blue gradition. It is oxidation fired to cone 6 in an electric kiln. This piece could be used as a large vase or placed in your home simply as an object of art.
