Medium Grey and Lime Green Sculpted Bowl - 10" x 10" x 5.5"

This handmade bowl is made from an iron red earthenware clay. The stoneware bowl was thrown on my potters wheel, altered to its existing shape, texture added, bisque fired, then sprayed with a black stain on the exterior. I used stain on this bowl as to not cover up the texure that I added as a design element. A matte clear glaze was added for a little shimmer. A bright lime green glaze was used on the interior of the bowl.  A one-of-a-kind pottery bowl that will be a pleasure to use for years to come. All handcrafted pieces are wheel thrown, altered, trimmed, signed, glazed or stained, and fired to cone 6 by me! Each piece will be unique. It is food, oven, dishwasher and microwave safe. Enjoy!
